The creation of NORTHCOM announced in Apri9l 2002,where Defense Secreatary Donald Rumsfeld announced "UNILATERALLY" that US Northern Command would have jurisdiction over the 'ENTIRE' North America region. US Northern Command's jurisdiction as outlined by the US DoD includes,in addition to the continental US,----
ALL of Canada,Mexico, as well as portions of the Caribean,CONTIGOUS waters in the Atlantic and Pacitic oceans up to ---500 miles---off the Mexican,US and Canadian coastlines as well as the Canadian Arctic. (Canadian American Stragegic Review) Given harpers stance on aborigonal land titles and ownership, all Inuit must be vigilant in asking the right questions and demanding community consultation, where Government has the onus for explaining NOT the corporate entities that will pillage/pollute the North.

The MSM is complicit with Harper in pretending that he is concerned with Canadian sovereignty, when in fact his only concerns are resource revenues and the approval of his foreign masters.
