If this is okay with our webmistress, I would like to extend the discussion to people/figures we simply don't like and generally disagree with. Here goes: Stockwell Day - Did anyone say "Used Chevettes For Sale"? Come on, the guy is one dimensional and is in way over his head. This guy is simply not to be trusted.
Dalton Camp - When will this guy retire or something. Jeez, his columns are nothing put Tory propaganda. Never mind that he orchestrated the ousting of Diefenbaker - he is just NASTY ... Brian Mulroney - OPPORTUNIST! Oh man, what can I say. This is the guy that stacked the Senate. A cartoonist's dream and a citizen's nightmare. Alexa McNuggets, I mean McDonough - Yeah, it's time to move on Alexa. Really, just go. Svend Robinson - Oh. God. Will he ever stop whining and bitching? He makes me nuts. Don Cherry - Go AWAY!! My cat Frank - He is a complete jerk, you know? He gives Siamese cats a bad name. He purposefully breaks things in my house and he attacks your feet when you are climbing the stairs with a load of folded laundry. He is really the anti-christ in cat-form. He refuses to purr and he insists on terrifying our whippet. I mean, whippets are really happy dogs, you know. But my whippet is generally depressed all the time because Frank kicks his ass all over the house. Oh yeah, Frank should be at the top of the list - he is such a knob!

I quite agree. Even Preston Manning was less one-dimensional than Mr. Day. quote: Brian Mulroney - OPPORTUNIST! Oh man, what can I say. This is the guy that stacked the Senate. A cartoonist's dream and a citizen's nightmare.
I can't believe that SOB got the Order of Canada. I wouldn't be surprised if people spit on his coffin when he kicks the bucket. quote: Alexa McNuggets, I mean McDonough - Yeah, it's time to move on Alexa. Really, just go.
She doesn't seem THAT bad. Just ineffective, I guess. Nelson Riis would have been a better choice, I guess. quote: Svend Robinson - Oh. God. Will he ever stop whining and bitching? He makes me nuts.
Hey! I *did* like it when he moved to have that silly "supremacy of God" crap taken out of the constitution Now, onto people *I* plain dislike. Gordon Campbell - he's as phony as a used car salesman... even more so than Stockwell Day. George W. Bush - the man is a fucking moron. I can't believe this guy has the power to hit the nuke button. John Crow - this bastard ought to be strung up by his balls and burned in oil. His insane policy of "zero inflation come hell or high water" prolonged the recession of the early 1990s and drove up unemployment for several years.

In U.S. Politics it's Henry Kissenger. Where Bush the Younger is a mean spirited dullard elevated beyond reason by Daddy's money, Kissenger is a calculatingly cold man who radiates evil. A lot like Wagepeace's cat.In the Canadian News Media..... geesh... where to start. Lorie Goldstien? He's currently hacking out columns on media ethics. (gufaw) This from a man who ran a video capture of a Charles Ng snuff film on the front page of the Toronto Sun. His hypocracy knows no bounds. Michael Coren... a man too well read to be that stupid by accident... Eric Margolis... I think my Dad went overseas to shoot guys like him in World War II.... oh, I won't bore you with my copious list of media nuts. In Canadian Politics, Stockwell Day is but a passing amusement: Brian Mulroney is probably the most cynical politician we are likely to see in our lifetimes. Knock wood. How 'bout the judge in the Westray Mine trial? You know, the only one in Canada who all of a sudden realized that lack of discovery by Crown Attorney's was wrong, and not a matter of business like it is in every other court room? Nice fiddle. Still, Wagepeace's cat sounds at least as bad as some of those examples.

To start off, of course at the top of my list is people who are already dead like pol pot, hitler, musolini, and idi amin, but I'm sure everyone agrees witht that.as for people who are still living... Conrad Black - Just GO already! if you want to renounce your citizenship, just do it! I'm sure a cheer will go out across the land when we fianlly no longer have to claim your sorry ass as being Canadian! then his wife (she'd his wife, isn't she?) Barbara Amiel, for obvious resons. Diane Francis - needs no explanation, but I'll give one anyway. I remember she wrote this really purely stupid piece in Maclean's about how all leftists hate Israel because they're allied with the US, and of course all leftists hate the US . I don't hate Israel! I hate what the Israeli army is doing, but I don't blame Israel, or the people who live there. Plenty of leftists live in Israel, so exactly how is it that all leftists hate Israel?!?!?!? Anyway, as for politicians, I'd say of course Brian Mulroney (I know I'll be spitting on his coffin), Stockwell Day, Randy White, John Reynolds, both of those Alliance MP's who were elected in Lanark-Carleton and Renfrew-Nipising-Pembroke, George Bush, Jr., of course, Ronald Raegan, Douglas Christie, Gordon Campbell, almost everyone in the alliance who isn't upset with Stockwell, Roger Grimes, Mike Harris, Janet Ecker, John Hamm, Pat Binns, Bernard Lord, and all the other Klein/Harris copycats, the leader of the British Tories, Elizabeth Witmer, Tony Clement, and almost every Ontario cabinet minister, as well as Tom Wappel, Pierre Petigrew, and last but not least, John Manley. By far, the people I dislike most are Conrad Black, Mike harris, and Brian Mulroney, but that's no surprise, and I felt the above needed mentioning as well. And yes, I to dislike Ross, from "friends". He's definitely one of the reasons I rarely watch that show. [ May 28, 2001: Message edited by: meades ]

Ralph Klein - creepy, lying son-of-a-bitch who gutted education, social services and health care in AlbertaPreston Manning - he's a whiny fuckwit Stockwell Day - charasmitic whiny fuckwit Jacques Pariseau - thinly veiled xenophobe Lucien Bouchard - fascist Gordon Campbell - will lie and cheat to get what he wants. And now he's got it.
