Africa. But I find it hard to believe Mugabe actually calls it 'seizing'. My x-brother-in-law was murdered trying to protect his family on his farm. The many times I've been to Zimbawbe, at no time did I feel safe, except on one of Mugabe's state owned golf courses, where the wild game frolics through the course with complete abandon. Seizing? I remember when it was fashionable to emphasize 'education', when it was patently obvious things were about to change. And that was back in the very early 80's. Some things just never change. This is the 6th year in a row, with failed crops. The money there is staggering, so it's not as if the country isn't without means to educate the farmers.
