So anyway I'm flying east for a meeting and they gave me a business class seat. Normally I exchange this for two economy and bring my wife but she didn't want to come.
Anyway my tickey entitled me to admission to the Maple Leaf lounge and let me tell you, when you have to come to the airport 2 hours early, this sure beats the uncomfortable seats that people in steerage have to use. There is a large selection of liquor (self serve) and I have already eaten 4 bags of cashews (apparently nuts aren't banned in business class). On my first glass of Merlot which I poured before I noticed they have Glenfiddich.
Their computers however have a dial up connection.
Also when I went thru security, they didn't make me turn on my laptop but instead swabbed the case and tested the swab. What goes.
