No but just looking at the website it looks like a "one man show" run by a "labour relations consultant".

This "association" doesn't appear to have any members...none are listed on the site...and its a rather amateurish-looking website too.

ROTFLMAO. What did you do, CUPE reformer, hang out your shingle?

Looks anti union, smells anti union, quacks anti union......I'd go out on a limb and say it's anti union.

Not interested.

Hey...not a bad idea.

My next project...the Canadian National Confederation of Unions That Are So Totally Free and Independent of Everything and Everybody That They Don't Have Any Members.

The CNCUTASTFIEETTDHAM

I'll appoint myself "Labour Relations Consultant for Life!"

I'll even do a very amateurish website with M$ Frontpage...nahhhh...wouldn't stoop that low

I do not have anything to do with the AICUEA.

Rahim, that was not nice. You are infringing on my organization, the I Know More Than Everyone Else And I Can't Gain Any Power In A Real Union Because Everyone Knows What I Am Really All About So I Will Start My Own Because At Least Then I Will Be In Charge So There, otherwise known as IKMTEEAICGAPIARUBEKWIARAASIWSMOBALTIWBICST.

We are all over the net, at least we will be when I can get my nephew to set up my site. Right now he is grounded, but should be allowed out of the house after the weekend.

We pride ourselves on our servicing. We right now have a 100% success rate, I should know I just polled the member, and he said it's going allright.

We are very secretive. For example, just ask me how many people have approached me because they think that I can do a better job than thier union. Sorry, I can't tell you that, it's secret.

We have never negotiated a contract that the members didn't like. How many contracts have we negotiated? Can't say, its a secret. But I can say that we have never negotiated a bad one.

Never lost a grievance that someone thinks could have been won, either. Again, I can't say how many grievances we have handled, thats a secret too. But I can honestly say that we have never lost one.

Strikes, you ask? Never lost one of those, either. And if those bastards would have listened to me, they wouldn't have lost any strikes either. You see, all you have to do to win a strike is.......well, that's apparently a secret too, unless you sign up with us.

But wait, there's more!

Join us now, and you will get to talk to me on the phone! Yes, that's right, me in person. Because I don't waste money on things like staff, professional websites, office space, and the like. It's pretty much just me and my computer, in my mom's basement. So my overhead is low, and your costs are low too!

Although, when I get another member, I may need to take on a partner. Consideration will be given to everyone who is interested, but special consideration will be given to anyone who has spent the last few years bitching about a real union bu hasn't ever got enough support to run for office and win.
