Denmark
I'm pretty sure it's illegal in the States to destroy their own flag, but how do they feel about burning one of Denmarks? I seem to recall the Canadian flag being burnt there but never heard if anyone was charged for it.
And what about Canada?
How do our laws stand on the destruction of our own symbols and those of other countries?
This story really got my curiosity going.
Any American and Canadian criminal code experts out there?

Due to a strange legal quirk, those who burned the American flag during President Bush's visit to Denmark on July 5th could be arrested, but those that burned the Danish flag cannot. Danish police have yet to decide what to do.

SHIT!!!! This is a joke, right???????
