"No one is illegal in the eyes of God, and this is a religious movement."

This is a quote I just heard on CNN now by a priest who is involved in this new sanctuary movement in the US.

I don't see it on the CNN news site. But here is a very positive story about Christian churches in the US.

It's on Lou Dobbs right now, and of course he's a right-wing moron. It's hard for him to know where to fall on this - side against illegal immigrants or side against Christians. He and his co-moron are talking about "this group of Christians who are ignoring the separation between church and state".

Yeah, because the moron they love in the White House never does that, does he? Fight fire with fire.

P.S. Jesus was an "illegal alien" AND a "refugee"!

And strangely enough, a blonde white man born among a sea of dark skinned, dark haired people. It's a miracle! Wine and cookies for everyone!

Religious orthodoxy, when used for good instead of ill( assisting the poor, pushing for the cellectivization of land, etc.) Is marvelous to behold.
