I once made a snow-Opus (the penguin).
Now that we finally have snow (you shoulda seen how big the flakes were yesterday!), I'm gonna be snowboardin' my little heart out.

I haven't been skating yet this season - it just didn't seem like fun when there wasn't any snow. Now that it's fallen (and falling and falling and falling...) I'm looking forward to it a lot.

All the snow down low in Vancouver has melted (though the mountains are still beautiful!). Before the melt my room-mates made a snow goddess: a shaply creature with ceder wings, almond eyes and a red berry um... hoo hoo. I'm surprised it has lasted as long as it has in a children's park. Mostly I'm just glad that I can ride my skateboard to work again.
